Don't know specifically.

People reckon new cpu i5 or i7 for top of the range maybe 4gb ram standard amongst other stuff. Maybe a swap to ATI graphics too ( I hope so )

There's some more "dreamer" stories out there too such as Oled screens bluray drives etc.

Ideally I want a 15" with a gpu that's not cpu derived. And I don't want to pay more than £1300-£1500 including university discount.

3 hours downtime to add a page for some photo editing software is lame.

I'm seriously considering an alienware for the same price I could have duel 1gb graphics cards in a notebook.

But I want a MBP

I never really trust those buyers guides.

It said not to buy a mini for about 29 years.

There will be new MBP's soon. It might not necessarily mean a expo like they did with the iPad as they didn't bother doing those for the new iMacs.
