Yea i redone a laptop for someone today - ended up downloading and installing ccleaner, malwarebytes etc on their own.

Ballache of laptop tho - wouldn't boot from CD, so just did a fresh instll over the top from within windows - and deleted the rest myself ¬_¬ He won't know. Its only a really bad old thing he uses as a net book anyway ha
