archwork for wheels?



Hey all, does anybody know if major archwork would be needed to fit 9x16 wheels with et20 ofset, i don't have a clio but the twingo is essentially a mk2 clio chassis, and was wondering if anyone else had 9x16s on there clios?

No chance, You'l need a serious bit of arch modifying to fit them
 
yea sumin like that
then you might have to pay for the paint to be touched in cos it can get distorted when you modify the arches
 
yeah, if it was an older car i'd just heat the arches up and use a baseball bat to flare em but too risky on a new car lol
 
Found 9s with correct ofset now! may drive down to the shop and ask if i can trial fit one on the rear just to check what clearance work i need lol!
 
will do, gonna trial fit the rims but cant afford them just yet, need to get my coilies first, all the styling mods should be complete by next summer, but my engine swaps going to take longer as i'm no longer 182ing the car i'm vagging it lol
