Arctic Blue Clio 182

  dfdf

Hi Everyone,

Ive been looking at the renault.co.uk website and its one of the colours available on the new 182. Is arctic blue the same shade of metallic blue thats on the cup? It looks fairly similar to it and i think it looks better than the old darker shade of blue on the old 172s.

Yeah, Ive seen that pics aswell on http://www.rs-team.orgwww.rs-team.org. I think thats arctic blue. Ive had a quick hunt on the web and i think the blue on the cup is called mondial blue but it looks nearly the same as arctic blue from what i can see. i think thats the same shade on the Clio V6 mk2.

Yeah its a bit darker than the Mondial blue of the cup. I saw the swatch last week, along with the Black Gold colour. Ive just ordered the 182 in black.

How can you not like bigger spoilers?

Are there any proper 182 pics yet?

in this months renault magasine there were two pics of the racing blue 182, looks stunning

the racing blue is the non-metallic colour isnt it? The guy at the renault dealer I ordered my car from said the Racing Blue looked really good and recommended that one, but I stayed with the black. Will be nice to see some photos of it though.

I Nearly went for the Black Gold but my brother has a 1.2 dynamique in black so thought they would be too similar! Didnt like the Artic Blue as to me it is a Mondial Blue wannabe but not quite as nice and I think Silver is way too common these days! So with the Blue I got to spend the money I saved on metallic paint on the CD changer. If you go to renault.co.uk and click on the 182 section, the blue one featured there is Racing Blue.

I am not sure why you saved money on the paint Dave182, but it is the same priced car with or without the metallic finish. Also, the CD changer is standard. Has your dealer been telling you porkys?

I have ordered mine in the Artic Blue, but as yet no delivery date (mind you, I have not made the usual five chase up calls it seems to take ordering anything these days!).

changer is standard outside of UK which is why it appeared as standard on the press releases, but unfortunately us brits have to fork out for it.

What price have people been quoted for a 182 from a dealer. The price I am paying is £14,600, which is the full price I know but I am getting a good deal part ex?

I was offered one for £14000 from Renault Wolverhampton but bought it for £12500 from Lloyds TSB Carselect in the end as there is no difference, its not like its an import as I already know my car is coming from a Renault Dealer in Coventry with the 3 yr warranty and AA cover, nice saving really, nearly as good as with an import from Trade Sales!
