are coilies my best bet?

Car  TT 225
as above i want to leave my wheels standard for the mo and go quite low as in 60mm at least so whats my best bet? Lowerd loads with spacers i was thinkin. any other suggestions?

I'm going to go against the grain (Grandad mode on)

From my experience you'll never reach the full potential of coilovers with everyday use.
Put it on a smooth piece of road i.e. racetrack and you'll appreciate them more.

Go for lowering springs if you want the "look".

As you are a young'un too, it might be more appropriate insurance wise too.
 
yer only 18. This is the last thing i plan doing to the car (taking it down and out) so i want it to sit nice and low to the wheel....has anyone got pics of theirs lowered 60mm on standard rims?
 
60mm on springs but ride is pretty bumpy but im only keeping the car for a year until i get a better car its worth it for the looks i think!
if your keeping the car for a while and want a good ride go for coilovers!
