Are Kenwood CD changers back-compatible

As above really - Ive got a broken Kenwood KDC-C465 Cd changer and am struggling to find any secondhand.

Is the KDC-C467 back-compatible so I can replace my C465 with one? It seems like its just a case that the C467 can read CDR/RW whereas the C465 cant. Please tell me that its this simple... lol

Looks similar to my one but they all look much the same!

Its a KDC-C660, not sure if its compatable but doesnt take long to plug it in and try it.
