Are my new Eibach springs really new?

Before I have a misguided rant at the trader, could someone verify how Eibach Pro springs are packaged? I'm just going on google images, so I might well be wide of the mark.

Should the box be shrink wrapped? Mine was just taped shut.
I assumed there would be documentation in the box, warranty etc. Mine has nothing, just the springs.
The springs are covered in dust and have a few minor nicks out of them, might just be manufacturing marks?

Big recrangle box taped shut. Shrink wrap is down to whether sender has or can be bothered to use...

Mine was just the springs, not shrink wrap, no paperwork. Just a box taped shut with red shiny springs inside.
