Are my wheel bearing(s) busted

when driving along a real flat smooth bit of road i get a kind of rumble every so often (kind of feels like its slowing me down as well)

now tbh ive never had/felt a buggered wheel bearing so im not sure what they feel like but this only does it on real smooth roads and its not a constant noise (just a kind of BRRRRRR noise for a second then its gone)

car is on 16000 miles and has been lowered on fks for about 4000 miles at a guess

jack each wheel up and turn the wheels, if the bearings are buggered u should be able to hear them rattling or making some noise
