Are they shagged?

This is my front disc, do I need to buy new ones?



- slight (c.1mm) lip
- some black marks on the face of the disc, but they don't look like cracks
- rusty on the top

measure the disc thickness, if they are genuine discs they should have a min thickness printed on them , they look ok though

If its non rs i think the min discs thickness is 17.8mm iirc

If you have no crack's and they are not twisted , you can abuse them.

Don't look far off mine ATM and I have been told I have got 5 to 7k left but they will be changed before that comes round Just because they look old and rather crap :S

front wear wont tell you that much. The back of the disk will be worn out well before the front will be visibly shagged

yeah this happended on mine, on the face of the disc there wasnt even any scoring however different story on the rear - £45 delivered for the Brembo HCs
