I'm finally liking Renaultsport again after owning my R26 for a while. I had a bit of a love hate relationship with my 197 and 200 and missed the 172 Cup, but I'm now smiling again.

Wasn't for me, I reckon I gave it a good enough shot, 3 months over summer but never really got on with it.

This is more fun to drive, nicer ride, and I trust it, I never had confidence in the Z.

I'm a bit gutted, people let me out of junctions more in the Z lol, and i liked the low seating position. I had always wanted one, was expecting it to be more than it was I think.

Maybe try the 370 next time? The R26 is a fantastic drive I agree, it is very confidence-inspiring.

A lot happier in the 106 to my Clio, surprisingly a lot smoother to drive and less creaks from the interior.

I hate my Xantia. The Alternator belt tensioner collapsed this morning.

I hate my track car. Mainly because its miles away.

I hate my Leon Tdi because i'm waiting for my new car, which is a....

BMW. Which I hate because its taking so long.

So yeah, not loving my cars so much atm.

Love my cup racer even if it is a massive money pit and has caused me 2 years of stress getting it road registered. Dont think i will be selling it for a very long time. Saying that it will more than likely meet its end in a granite wall somewhere haha. But ill just rebuild the fucker again and again and again.

The clio sport is such a great car, i bought a 172 cup for the road about 2 months ago which only lasted 4 days before i wrote it off but it hasnt put me off on the look out for another one to buy. I intend to have clio sports for a long time i have 2 cars worth of parts in my garage so it will be very cheap enjoyable motoring for the next few years.

Only had it a week & its the 2nd best car ive eva owned, 1st being my fuel injected 250bhp stripped out R5.

Ive had cars with 3 times the power but they wern't as much fun as the clio.

No my 1.2 sounds like a Van and shudders and I can't fix it!! Plus its covered in scratches and dents.. Oh and I still can't drive it on the road - Need a license for that I hear :approve:

1 year into my cup ownership and i still love it, there are a few niggles that annoy me and i will put right when i get the chance but overall im still well pleased with it

I took a risk and bought a 172 without ever driving one, not something I'd normally do, but yes I do love it, the seats are awkward to get in to and out of, and there's rattles and other little niggles but these were expected and it's lived up to my expectations. I should be sticking with it for a good few years if all goes to plan.

im really happy with the ph1, its running spot on, ive only done 500 miles in 10 months, getting mot'd on thursday ready for a months use before it goes in for a full respray

couldnt be happier with the GT, well i could, a bigger set of wheels and some stance but that can wait, does everything i want it to, looks good, strong engine, handles like its on rails, costs pennies to run!

ive started collecting parts for car number 3 before i even own it! just waiting on the right example turning up! - watch this space!!!!
