I just went to my car, and noticed right above the B-pillar? (between door and rear window) there is a small dent on the roof. It's about the size of a pound coin. It wasn't there on Saturday. 
Will it be easy-ish to pop out? It's not very deep, but noticable. Should be able to pull the headlining down a bit and gently push it out? Or can you not get to the roof skin internally?
Could I try a plunger? I'm sure I've seen them used in bodyshops sometimes?! Or will that do mure damage?
