lol, just patience thats all.

It was the drivers side I took more time with, coz of the aircon pipes.

That side took me about 30 seconds to do !

The passenger side turns to a point where it stops, never to be turned again ! FOOKING HELL ! Can I take the headlight out just enought to change the bulb or is that a no no ?

Thats coz it fits both ways but wont do up etc.
Remove it a little, then rotate 180 degrees and try again.

FINALLY DONE IT ! Had to take the fuse box cover off and then it was fairly straightforward !

Sacrificed the skin on my hands in the process tho but the outcome I suppose is worth it.......... JUST !

Photos up later.

Ive got some Osram Silverstars in and they are superb, alot better than standard. Takes alot of patience but its worth it. I also got some free philips bluevision sidelight bulbs to go in, but it looks like they could be even trickier than the main headlight bulbs. Think Im gonna need Jeremy Beadle to fit them!

the pins are offset, they fit fine in the front, but they wont fit in the rear bulb clusters??

I used the same bulbs in front AND back lights. Yes, they are offset pins.

If you think the indicators are tough - try the sidelights! One of mine has blown - Im going to get the dealer to replace it when the next service is due!

Once youve done it 3 or 4 times its easy. It only took me 5 minutes on the 182.
Theres definately a knack to doing it.....

Worthwhile doing it though.... look miles better than the OE lamps....

Dai do you work in an office by any chance?;)

Did you manage the back ones OK??!!:p
I do indeed, I admit that I am not mechanically minded. Usually ask my dad to do these types of jobs !

Only had the front ones.

I dont look at the back mate, I let other cars do that ! LOL !

You can hardly see them on the back so I wont bother.
