Arghh, Help pleaseee

ello folks, just got my car a few weeks back, an just looking at the screws of the interior trim, bought a spline bit set which didnt really work. Does any one know what the screws are called, and what kind of screwdriver would be used. Sorry for the noobish question and thanks for any help guys oh btw its an mk1

thanks guys, just been through my dads toolbox and hes got small ones, so will go into halfords tommorow to get a full set.
