i have seen alot of threads just recently for people that are selling shorten'd ariels or bee stings.
Just thought i should let people know to save them some time and money.
Get ya flag pole mast ariel an pull the black rubber end off it,
Cut the pole with the wire down to about half way.
then push with a bit of force the rubber piece back on.
Mine is about a quatre of the orignal length and works perfectly fine for me so about half should be well within the safe area.
ill post the pics of what i did later on when i can get on my laptop.
