Armourfend.... Dirty edges!

Can anyone suggest a product or technique to help remove the dirt around the edge of the film on my car?
I didn't want to go too hard whilst cleaning it yesterday, but I'd like opinions on how best to clean/remove the dirt from the edge, as it just highlight the film's there and obviously looks rubbish!

Brush and light APC or toothpick ie like removing polish.

I'll try a brush and some apc, I'd be worried that a toothpick might lift it at the edges though.
Might sound daft, but what sort of brush would you suggest, one of those small ones for doing wheels from halfords, or something softer?
