My bilstein top mounts are the same size bearing as the AST. I even got in a set of the pure bushes that they use for std damper fitment and they're the same o/d aswell.
From memory the rod dia on the AST were a little smaller than an oem damper and the bottom pure insert bush didn't fit mine properly. Fitted perfect on the oem renault dampers though.
Op will just need the flat type AST top hat (not the conical type for oem renault rubber topmounts), the AST plastic bearing that locates into it and the small AST machined bush that sits into the plastic bearing and locates into the bottom of the bearing.
The machine tapered top nut isnt needed as there isn't any adjustment so can use either of the pure/AST nuts to locate the top of the bearing.
Not sure of AST differences etc but PMS offer Bilstein fitment mounts that fit cup racer suspension with no sleeves, reducers etc and they do the same ones but they come with an adapter nut for the thinner oem and 90% of aftermarket suspension.
