Any idea on prices for AST coilovers for a 172? Had a search, people saying roughly H&R prices, but no firm answers?

For anyone interested, spoke to powerstation today. Roughly £1200 all in including fitting and setup. Easily adjustable too, 12 position's. Can't fcking wait!

do they do them for a 172 now?

as when i got mine they only had 182 cup fitment, which meant i had to get new hubs.

mine are alot harder than the road units, but been impressed with them. superb on track!

Yeah inc vat. Had a fantastic time at the nurburgring over the weekend on mine running 450lb front springs now and 400lb rear. Much better for track use but is still totally driveable on the road

ASTs are fantastic, they just WORK, I can't explain how much difference they make over a cheaper setup. I'm starting to sway away from Konis for my 205 project, and that's practically un f**king heard of

Daz, yep, rear coilovers.

very easy to adjust on front. just a knob on top of the strut.

rears you have to lay down and reach under the car the adjust, as adjuster is on bottom of the shock. but its still a simple process!!

Curtis used my 172 cup the last time it was on the ramp at powerstation to get the measurements for the 172.

not many of the rears (springs are red as they are super hard eibach numbers).

in a shameless plug.... these will be for sale soon, so if anyone wants a set, cheaper than RRP then let me know.

They have been valved and sprung to Cup Race Car specs, so super hard! (450lbs front springs, 750lbs rear)
will be wanting offers around £700 delivered
