ATE power discs - any good

ive just been looking through the euro car parts performance catalogue and just seen the power discs for £40 plus vat. has any one had these fitted to their motor, and are they worth having or shall i save up for a set of red*dot?

  FRST and 106 GTi

I use ATE PowerDiscs. I think they are excelent VFM. Never used any other "uprated" discs.
There is not point of having any more grooves on the discs. this ones are enough, unless you are always on trackdays or rally.
Pads yes, go for Ferodo DS2000 or even Mintex 1144. ATE ones are ok, noisy but no dust.

Here is my setup:
- Valver calipers
- ATE PowerDisc willy size 259x20.5mm
