Auto Headlights

Im haveing a problem with the headlights on my clio 182 full fat.

The passanger side has gone out, I haven't investigated the fault yet.

Now the Autolights have stopped working. I don't think the fault is linked as they worked for a bit with just 1 light working.

Where is the sensor for the lights and are there any common faults to do with the lights?

They don't come on when its dark!

Could it be that you have turned off automatic headlights accidently without knowing?

Turn key to position one, then turn headlights on and off twice and you will hear a beep to say that auto headlights are on/off.
