Auto lights

my friends full fat 182 has auto lights. they have all of a sudden stoped turning themselves on! does anyone know how to reset this so they work please? they work when they are manuly turned on!

It is found in the search, but you can set them off and on by,

puting you sidelights on and off and on, with the car not running, but ignintion on....you will hear a sound.

could be slightly different but iirc this is it.

Ignition on but don't start the car. Switch sidelights on and off twice. This switches auto function on/off.
