automatic night light

when i use to start my car up at night or drive through a dark tunnel, the lights use to come on automatically

now they dont..

how do i fix this? and what could of caused it

Auto lights have been deactivated.

To turn them back on;

turn ignition on (not engine)
twist sidelights on and off, then on and off again
you should hear one or two beeps - this means they're activated/deactivated

switch ignition on. then switch side lights on. off. on. off. then it'll beep.

Driving with them on all the time FTW.

Have seen some horror posts about nearly crashing when they have come on and somebody has pulled out thinking they have been "flashed" to go out at junctions etc

Yep i know that... most don't tho, and go when they are flashed (especially women )
