Top stuff. Some Observations:

- Ride height of the Clio Cup/R3 is perfect.

- R3 proves that Turini's look so much nicer on the 197, don't like the new wheels personally. Same goes for the splitter actually, R3/standard one is soooo much nicer than the aftermarket Renault one.


In fact the R3 is my new favourite Clio, looks superb. Lose the roof scoop and that is exactly how I would love my 197 to look if I was fortunate enough to own one.

Side by side the 197 and the Cup car the above was so clear Chris, height wise the race car looked spot on, could not get a side by side shot though.

Some rat thing on a rally car, thought it looked fun so took a pic!

an interesting point here, the car with turinis is 4 stud, the others 5 stud.
so will be hard to swap to either later!!

Stuck on bits and white wheels are now factory options on the 197.

yes, they're options.

R3 is a rally spec 197

im interested what Renault are hiding inside that R3... whats the reason for the limo black tints, but not on the other models. Makes it look like they're hiding something inside.

The R3 is specced to order I believe so I can't imagine there is great deal to see inside of one direct from the factory. Probably just empty.

thanks guys, the jury is out on the spoiler and splitter, very Fast and Furious but the white wheels on racing blue are a must, although i am used to not having to wash anthracite wheels as they hide the dirt well but white, ouch, they would need TLC
