yer about 10 lol, they will tell you you need a special tool to change the washer fluid if they could get away with it! jus make the tools if your doing it yourself.
There is a special tool to take the tension off the aux belt so you can remove it/add the new one. But it isn't that special. You basically need to find a way to get a 3/8" square drive in by the tensioner with a long enough lever to move it. I ground down the side of a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter so it would fit and get a ratchet spanner on the end of it. Access is crap that's the reason for the special tool really.
