aux belt + tensioner question

i am going to get my aux belt changed very shortly and thought whilst i was at it i would get the tensioner changed at the same time ??

couple of questions really

1. do you guys reccomend doing the tensioner aswel ?? or is there another part that wears out around there.

2. what exactly is the tensioner i need to go for - i have spoken to a couple of dealers and they say one cost about £130 and the other is £47.

any help would be appreciated as i am a little confused at the moment.

I think theres just 1 tensioner. The belt is £16 and the tensioner is about £47

One will be the idler and the other the tensioner. Either way there not god damn cheap and I need to change mine too.
