Imagine the parking cost with that much energy being used though?
It wouldn't work in Britian as you'd get a '93 fiesta leaking Oil all over it. Someone forgetting where they parked there Volvo and that being stored in there for 10 years. Or some chav in a Corsa with a HUGE spoiler twatting everything while it gets moving about.
