iv not got a b&m one but made my own done away with the ruber ball that holds the gear stick had an aluminium one machined up and put an adjustable rose jointed linkage on the bottom of the stick. seems to work fine can be adjusted up or down as much as you wish, to much and it knocks out of gear but by f**k does it shorten the throw.i really would recomend making your own mine wasent rocket science to build. hope this helps
