Loads of my trim parts, door strips, mirrors, etc. look grey, what's the best back to black?

use autoglyms bumper care stuff. its not spray on its a green gel which u rub it in. works loads better than the spray on stuff tbh

Autoglym is good...and Iv heard megs is ment to be even better.

Peanut butter if they are faded etc then top up with anything said above..

Nope.

I wasn't taking the piss BTW, the oils in peanut butter attack any dirt, polish etc and it comes off..

did mine not that long ago.

Its cheap and the black finish lasts a lot longer than bumper care products.

Read about it on a VW forum, so tried it, so happy with the results I have one just for the car.

Think its wallnut oil they use.

There are oils in peanut butter that work though, You have to go through the hassle of licking it off though.
