Backfiring? HELP

Right, on my way to work this morning and I go to put my foot down and as soon as I put my foot down about anything above 50% throttle its holding back and backfiring. I dont have a clue what the problem is, I'll put up a video later cos im in work now.

I know its a bad short description but I honestly dont know how to explain it any better Sorry.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Its a pain in the ass.

Sounds ignition related.

One common issue on the f4 r is moisture from engine washing getting into the plug leads or oil from the rocker cover seal getting in there. Inlet off to check but its not hard to do.

Plug lead coming loose at the cool pack is possible too and very easy to check.

Hopefully its not water in the engine or anything bad as this is my car i need to get back and forth to work in and its a 20 mile trip either way.
Ill change the coilpack as soon as I get some money selling stuff. Hate being skint :(

I only mean in the holes the leads sit it. Not a drama. Just whip the upper inlet off and check.
