You cant buy them.. and its very difficult to do on the Phase3! I had mine done, took 26 hours work to get the shape and everything right (including smoothing badge!).. so cost a bit.. but if you can find someone to do it, then its definetly a good mod.. hehe. The main problem is the headlight sticks out at different points!
