Well... it seems bad things go alongside good things!!
My day started off with a trip to one of the local boot sales and as luck had it I found some old school Roces rollerblades that were virtually new and were like ones Id had 10 years ago. Bargain.
Then about 2 hours ago I decided I wanted some Silvatech bulbs for the car.
Got to Halfrauds. Fine. Chose the wrong bulbs, had to go back in and exchange them for the offset ones.
Fitted the rear ones, looks lovely. Then on to the front (this was in the car park at Halfrauds btw)!!
Opened up the bonnet, fitted the N/S one first as that was the easiest. Fine.
Placed the old bulb in the plastic container it came in, put that up near the wiper blades, took my ring off as I've got air con and theyve made it near impossible to change the bulbs so didn't want to lose that.
All of a sudden, gust of wind blew the container off the car with the silver and standard indicator bulbs in, one survived, one didn't.
Thanks to my luck the brand new silvatech bulb smashed on the floor yet the standard one lives on to fight another day... Just my s*dding luck..
Smashed on the floor
Filament still intact.... :S
Front which is odd(sorry for the amateur photo)
Rear which is nicee
