Will shortly be dropping the car 40mm will i need to re-balance my wheels?

No, geometry/tracking will need checking and most likely adjustment but the wheels will be unaffected.

Depends where you go and what you have done could be anything from about £20 for basic tracking at a local garage/tyre fitting centre to over £100 for a full geometry with cameras mouted to the wheels done at a dealer. If you add corner weighting it'll be even more costly as it's pretty long winded.

Look for a local place on here. I had alignment done for £20, and they did a better job than a 'performance' garage that charged over £100.

They aren't a progressive spring .
The ride is awful on them (far worse than AST coilovers at the firmest setting) and they don't work well with the standard dampers, car skips all over the place. They were on my car when I bought it, and off very quickly!

Time heavy job to do especially if you've got rusted solid track rods etc (which is more than likely) + massive overheads that some business' have compared to Mr 1 ramp on an industrial est.
