Banded Steelies North West

Alright peeps

Looking to get some banded steelies made for winter but I'm struggling to find where I can get them made at a reasonable price. Bandedsteels.com is the obvious choice but they are looking to charge me £350 for a set and thats with me providing the steelies for them to band!!

So anyone know where I can get some made for a reasonable price in the North West? Or a decent welding/engineering workshop where I can get them made?
