Bang..

Hi,

When i change gear, generally any gear really, no matter how slow i let the clutch pedal out the car bangs into gear as if your lifting the clutch too fast.

My girlfriend is a smooth driver yet it does it woth her aswell.

All mounts, upper left, top gearbox and dogbone have been replaced previously.

I have no clue what it is but its like its just shunting into gear.

Clutch, release bearing, gearbox...Anything?

when you put your foot down dose it make the gear stick move ???



if so ild say dogbone mount they go quiker than you may think and cheap to fix

Which parts of the gearbox mount did you replace?

Hi guys, I replaced the gearbox mount last year so wouldn't expect it to be bust that soon. And it looks ok.

Oh, And I replaced the dogmount for a Renault 182 item last year and I have just in the last month replaced the upper gearbox mount.

yes but when u change the othere mounts it may put more strain on the older mounts makeing them foked quiker

Ahhh!

So even tho it was replaced last year, Cos the others are recent they put strain on it? I see, Be aswell putting the powerflex on this time then.
