Banging/knocking form driver wheel/suspension

Right this started yesterday pulled out of petrol station heard a knocking noise when turning right and did it all the way home when turning,,

Got up this morning set off to work on the motorway started doing it louder then all of a sudden got massive vibration and pull through the steering wheel.. Sound and felt like the wheel was about to fall off.

Pulled over on hard shoulder checked wheel and nuts all tight so must be suspension, had to drive the last 10min at about 30 in a 60 just to get to work!

Anyone any ideas? So really Loud banging knocking from pass side

Will check that it's weird as only does it when turning right or at High speeds then the vibration starts

Top mount or maybe the drive shaft, collapsed shock but I guess you would have known immediatly if the shock had failed.

Mates just said exactly same thing.. Right would a 172 cup driveshaft go straight on a ph1

IMO cv joint, reckon it will get worse fairly quickly.
