iv been looking at buying a different head unit that i can run amps of and my I-pod, every year at work we have a christmas raffle and one of the lads won a headunit sony DAB-6650, so i immediately offered him £40 as he doesnt have a car he accepted. I didnt know how much they are worth so when i seen it at halfords today for £230 i was pleased to say the least!
Anyway got it fitted today (very easy) all the connections just plugged straight in and fits like a glove!
Also it has the DAB function which i have not had any experience with so im using the normal tuner for now which sounds fine, does anyone have a DAB radio and if so is it really worth setting up the seperate aerial for it? or should i just keep using the normal tuner?
