yer b******s, had a call from HSBC from the fraud department, account was frozen, had to call them up and verify everything, while i was at it, i wanted to check that the transaction went through, nothing of that amount had.

Phoned up PC world, order is in a queue waiting for items to get to the warehouse???

It pissed me off how PC worl, PC world business and PC world online are seperate companies, even though they all belong to the same group, and how they dont know anything, they are rude, and dont treat customers well, went to the shop and the manager was well un-professional !!

Having looked into your enquiry, I am able to confirm that the product you ordered is an end of line product and has been reduced for quick sale. When you add the TV to your basket on the website it states in stock until we take your details and submit them to our warehouse. It is only upon receiving a call from the warehouse that we are notified of the insufficient stock levels and asked to cancel the order.

I have requested that the website be updated to show the TV as "out of stock"
