Batch JPG resize

  ValverInBits
I have photoshop 7 (fail I know, but at least I can use it:eek:)

Can I do batch photo resizing to a custom resolution?
If not, is there a piece of software that can?

cheers

MS office picture manager (bundled with MS office 2003 onwards) does a good job at it. I think that PS7 also had actions in it, so you could make one of those.

Adobe lightroom is also good for bulk processing.

You can do it in photoshop, under "scripts" which is in the file or edit menu. Then you just select the folder, tick the appropriate boxes and set the new sizes, photoshop runs through them all.

Find the floating box with the actions tab click the little >> button then select new action... It will record you key strokes. Only do 1 images first stop the recording...then do the bulk images by pressing play button over and over

Been doing it that way for years. Works a treat.
