Battle of the Hybrid's

Ok so fred's starting to convert his 1.2 i cant sit about and twiddle my thumbs so here's an update:

work done = 15" black pro race's , toyo t1r 195/45/15, brembo max brake discs, ferodo ds2500 pads, braided lines, 5 dot fluid, fully stripped out rear interior - boot plastics and all.

work to come = colour coding,cup spoiler,smoothed front bumper (number plate recess), rear discs, new buckets and harness's

any dodgy comments go screw yourself coz i break up for xmas in 3 weeks and i just dont wanna hear it!

you are joking its around 2"'s off the floor i already had specially made4 ramps to get me off the garage ramps we've hade to make add ons of about another 2ft just so i cud get it off the ramps, big speed bumps are a no no

nah you can win the mk1 hybrid battle! i think the mk2 battle consists of me,john 16v and fred now

wish i had a standard bumper on mate but dont wanna fork out for bumper and arches and then painting! so the current bumper is staying and i'm making it more evil

i will get more pics up when its ready its in the bodyshop last week of january having bits done and see if i can get a cage in

well i'm waiting on a qoute from fred for a full 240bhp package as i've got about a years finance left to pay on the car and then the power will come so unless fred does the same - ner ner

i could ask my gf to make me a jacket as she's doing pattern cutting at uni

Yup, look for his birthday thread, its in the recent posts somewhere, he's got ahold of a Cup engine, the whole Megane setup was sold to another guy on here IIRC who is going to try and complete what Fred started, lol

There enough other hyrid Mk2 phase 2's out there your not a small group any more real.

and edde i know there is a few hybrids knocking round but there isnt loads i'd say no more then 10-15 but considering all the clios on the road its a tiny %

I can name more than 10 I'd think nearer 40 they are rare but some 182 are even more rare.

Matts only done 3 himself he's sold a few kits plus there a load Matts had nothing to do with.

I think Matts place have done more than 3 from memory anyway.

Most of them I'd think at least half thats whay they were hybrided.

DVLA figures don't mean anything also as quite a few havn't had there info changed to show there now 172's.
