No idea what the changes are between this and 4.7, can't find the change log atm, but its an update all the same and will probably be needed when 5.0 OS is released.

It's a yank network provider, one of the largest over there. They fucked up and released the BB Tour with 5.0 DM and their customers kicked off...so they have no released it to them all even though RIM haven't.

Just so people know, I've just downloaded it and entered 111 111 1111 as my Verizon Wireless number.
