bb help please!

my bro wants to get bb in london.

he wants to be able to have a wirelss connection and he wants to be able to use his gameboy on it for wifi if possible.

will a 5gb d/l limit be enough? he just sdent me this: waitrose bb

he doesn't go on that much as in downloading a lot but does do online banking and a bit fo surfing etc.

any ideas?
