Not sure when this happened but noticed there's now BBC One HD as well as BBC HD. Good news.

yer at 7pm tonight it changed, just need to swap all my series links over to the new channel to get upscaled and the original hd versions of some programmes

Apprentice was on bbc 1 hd at normal time but was on bbc hd later that evening. Upscaled f1 action should be interesting

It definitely looked better on BBC1 HD than regular BBC1 on Sky HD.

There's always been a BBC HD and F1's never been on it.
But if there's a BBC 1 HD then surely F1 will be in HD?

FOM dont release hd feed to the world media, therefore the best we can get at the moment is f1 upscaled hd on the bbc 1 hd channel its not native hd but looks slighly better as upscaled

The F1 is Upscaled, so there will be a small improvement, but not a patch on what the true HD would be like/will be next year.

It looked better than the SD broadcast At least it's being upscaled at the source which will make it better.

Even the GF said BBC1 HD looked good last night, far better than ITV HD!
