Except it isn’t one bad experience. Is it.

There are at least two people I know personally, who have had bad experiences.

So god knows how many I don’t know who have.

And the odd technical mishap with an apology and honesty I can accept.

There is no excuse for poor customer service. Not in a customer facing business.

Dan is a pretty well known character on here and facebook. If they treat his car like total dog s**t I firmly believe they would treat anyone's car like dog s**t.

He isn't some minging whiny Karen out to f**k over businesses - literally the opposite. Dans review is absolutely good enough for me to never go near them.

They have also heard about this, probably seen Dans thread so have had plenty of opportunity to reach out and make good/explain but haven't - what does that say about them?
