Bearing/Grinding noise from back of 172

Ive got a noise coming from the back of the 172.

Its sort of a bearing noise, but kind of gets like a scraping/grinding noise when cornering hard. Its quiet under 50, but very noisy over 80.

Ive checked the rear wheel bearings but the wheels have no play so I assume they are ok. Any ideas anyone?
And its not the wheels rubbing in the arches.

Are your rear shox and springs looking ok?

Probably a bearing just starting to go. Since above 50 and around 80 there are massive loads on it.
