bell insurance

In a word.....Yes. Like most insurance companies do. But you get the few, mainly performance ones who don't. Bell is part of the Admiral Group.

bell wouldn't insure my 182 cos of cup suspension pack! I'm 32, 9yrs no claims and car is garaged, it's not like I'm high risk. Tw*ts

erm.. why did you tell them it has a cup suspension pack?

it comes like that from the factory.

you wouldnt buy a BMW and declare factory options like leather interior, xenon lights, sat nav, etc.

Technically you are supposed to declare factory options is what they told me (+ other insurers have said the same). Maybe if it's leather etc it wouldn't affect the price, but the cup pack has different alloys and they said that has to be declared.

Knowing my luck, if I didn't someone would crash into me and then they said the insurance was invalid (any excuse not to pay and they will take it).

What they should really do is have a proper database of all cars and all options, and you just tick what you have.

Anyway, what you do is up to you.
