Best air filter or induction kit for 182

Im looking into buying a new panel filter or an induction kit for my 182, what is my best option would like to hear from people who know of proven power gains

Its best to use search mate, as this topic has been done many times.
But in short.
Most people don't rate IK's and more often than not use an aftermarket filter in there original airbox.

People have different opinions about IK's, but popular ones maybe worth looking at are:-

ITG Maxogen
BMC cda
Pipercross Viper

Ive not personally used any, as i say these ones just seem to be the most popular.
