Best dressing for the plastic outside bumpers?

Want durability - not wash off easy in rain and nice and dark

Just dressings plz no cleaners they are clean

Personal preference, some prefer the bumper care over the vinyl and rubber and some the other way round. I use the Vinyl and rubber one but haven't tried the bumper care before.
