Correct. Went up for a couple of days, stayed in a place called meridith tydvil, got there and realised why it was cheap (and later saw on road wars too)

In Photoshop it's pretty simple mate.

Duplicate layer
Make second layer black and white
Use the lasso tool to go around the areas required in colour and delete as appropriate.
