best michelin tyre

so whats the best michelin tyre out there money can buy? i no there is better tyres for the clio but im going for the track day car look and want to get a white tyre pen and highlight the michelin lettering on the tyres. (sure someone on here had it when i first saw it thought it looked the b****cks)

I'm not after some now but when the 'ring season starts I'm going to get some for sure.

thats what im after some for, 'ring trips, thats the price from pro tyre, im trying to get some a bit cheaper and as soon as iv got the money ready im ordering

they do wear out VERY quickly, i don't see the need Dave, just get R888's

Surely if they're good enough for M3 CSLs and GT3 RS' they're good enough for Clios and MX5's

i aint buying r888's ever, its either pilot sport cups or dunlop dz03g's

the pilot sport cups will be a lot better in damp/wet conditions as there not almost slicks and on the road, im only running one set of wheels now so the cups seam perfect, over the summer next year i might swap to dunlops

dont be like that fred, im just not a fan end of.

what we each run on our cars is our own choice and like i said the cups will be better in wet conditions than the r888's or dzo3g's thats y there my first choice

i went out in the rain beginning of this month, and yeah i wont be doing that again, think i did 5 laps on the day it rained, never again

Not worth going out when it rains,have done a couple of laps in the rain....not much fun
