Best oil and spark plugs

What's the best oil and spark plugs to use?

New engines going in today so I need to get all this stuff

What do you guys use?

Motul 300v 5w40 fully synthetic.

Plugs are the standard ngk items, search and you shall find

Oil use any good fully syn 5w40, I use fuchs

Oil grade depends on what the car is going to be used for. But the best is a triple ester type. If the engine is brand new and being run in then cheapy mineral oil is your friend.

As for plugs the best are Denso IK20 but the standard NGK will do.

It's 87k with full service history..

Second hand..

It's just a daily really, with the odd Sunday drive if weather permits

Then as above. A good 5w40 will do you fine along with the NGK plugs.

5.5 roughly. Lol. Only use ngk plugs.

5.1 litres from dry. you will never notice the difference with putting 5 litres in, as you never get every drop out
