Best place to get cambelt done?

My car (59 plate on 66k) has recently started whining a little so I'm planning to get my cambelt/water pump/defaser done in the very near future as I know it's due for a change.

Originally I was planning on taking it to K-Tec but have heard that they can be very hit and miss.

Is there any recommended place in the south-west (preferably not too far from Bristol) that would be able to do this with a very high chance of no issues after?

Do you know roughly how much it will cost? I have a bit saved, but just need to check how much.
